20 Brianna Court Another Middletown Home Sold By The Ten Hoeve Realty Group

20 Brianna Court, Middletown, NJ

"Only that last time" is the answer. The question is, "just how many times does a house need to be shown in order to get a contract?" In this case, that magic number was 100. That's right...100! Before closing the sale yesterday, June 5th, 2017, the townhome located at 20 Brianna Court in Middletown (Atlantic Highlands mailing address) was shown to 100 unique buyers.

Bringing 100 buyers to a property is not an easy task. So, yes we will take credit for doing a great job of driving continued interest to the listing. In hiring us to sell your home for the most money in the least amount of time, this is part of our job. However, the homeowner and the property itself do deserve credit as well. Julie & Al Roth are amazing people and were equally wonderful clients. 20 Brianna served a few very unique purposes for them. Originally from New Jersey, both Al and Julie have lived full-time in Massachusetts for the better part of the last decade. Being a die-hard Jets fan, Julie tailgates and attends every Jets home game. She also volunteers at The World Trade Center Memorial & Museum at least once a month, sharing her very personal story of her loss on 9/11. So, 20 Brianna served as a link to NJ for her.

New Jersey, for those that are born here, or spend any substantial length of time here, is hard to leave. From summers on the Jersey Shore to pumpkin picking in the Fall, horseback riding to ski resorts, New Jersey has tremendous variety. That's what pulled Al and Julie back. After accepting a purchase contract from that 100th potential buyer, they listed their home in Duxbury, MA and began phase two of a three-part real estate puzzle. After recently accepting an offer on their home in Duxbury, they set out to find their new home in Monmouth County, phase three. The last chapter of their 2016/2017 real estate story is set to close later this month here in Colts Neck. And, we can't wait to have Julie, Al, and their two boys in the town we also call home.

The Roths were represented legally by Aaron Liller, Esq. of Zappichi Liller, LLP, and their REALTORs Nicole “Nici” Ten Hoeve. David “D.J.” Ten Hoeve.

The buyer was represented legally by Andy Krantz of Zager Fuchs LLC and by his buyer's agent, Kelly Fernandes of Heritage House Sothebys International. Funding for the home purchase was handled by Michael Murcia of AnnieMac Home Mortgage in Eatontown. The buyers’ title work was handled by Sabrina Gonzalez of Acres Title in Shrewsbury.
