SUMMARY

As a celebration of the anniversary of the day they bought their new house, every year, on that day, our past clients receive a Happy “House”iversary card from our team. These cards usually reflect the Ten Hoeve Realty Group colors, branding, and ethos. But, we think we can do better. In fact, we think you can do better. We know many of you, our friends, followers, clients, and your children are, or aspire to be, artists. What better way for us to foster your artistic spirit and expose your artwork to the world than for us to personally feature you and amplify your artistry?

RULES

On January 1, 2023 we will share all of the artwork received via our Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to be voted on by the public. A link will be shared with the public where they can vote online, on vote per email address. The artwork with the most votes by January 8, 2023 will be selected as the official 2023 THRG House Anniversary Card. The winning artwork will be featured on the front of the card with the artist’s name and information prominently displayed inside the card. The winner will also receive a $100 gift card.

PROCEDURE

Print out this packet.
Design your artwork within the large black rectangle (on Page 1). Make sure to fill the entire space. You do not need to leave a margin unless your design requires it.
Designs can be color, black & white, digital, or using whatever medium you’d like, provided they are original, and your own work.
When done, fill in your information below on Page 2 and make sure to sign your name within the small pink rectangle on Page 1. Please make sure to leave some space around your signature and not overlap the black box in this case.
Either scan and email your artwork (preferably as hi-resolution as possible) or mail your artwork to us at the address at the bottom of this page. Artwork must be received later than 11:59pm, December 29, 2022. Artwork received after that cannot be included.

REPRODUCTION RIGHTS

THRG will retain all reproduction rights to submitted artwork with credit given to the artist. THRG agrees not to sell any of the artwork or any reproduction of the artwork. Artists warrant that they are the sole proprietor of the artwork and agree to assign all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the artwork to THRG. Entries must be original work and must not infringe on the protected rights of other artists or violate any copyright laws.
