It is not every day that you meet a couple that is the epitome of true happiness. I was lucky enough to work with Jacqueline and Phil as they ventured out to New Jersey from Staten Island to find their family home.  We visited about 10 houses and when they entered 170 Heights Terrace Middletown it was immediately apparent that they had found their new home.  Jaclyn and Phil were prepared to make an offer as they were already pre-approved by Steve Carpitella at Equity Prime. The offer was accepted and they were on their way to purchasing their new home.  Mark Abramson of AMK Inspections was helpful in providing a thorough inspection. Legal work / guidance from contract to close  was provided by Jack Stern Attorney at Law. Jaclyn and Phil closed in time to enjoy the spring and summer in their new home and beautiful resort like backyard. I am so thrilled I had the opportunity to help them find their new home.
